HPV immunisation aims to protect young people from HPV infection and the risk of developing cervical cancer and a range of other HPV diseases later in life. The government is now funding free HPV vaccinations for both males and females who are between 9 -26 years old, including non-residents under the age of 18.
Smoking can increase risks for many diseases, including chronic obstructive lung disease, ischaemic heart disease, stroke, pneumonia, lung, head and neck cancers and much more.
