Consultations during this period will be by phone or video wherever possible. Please ring us or go on to Connectmed to make an appointment. If video consults are needed, we would send you a text with the link before the appointment time. Most of the consults would be done over the phone. We have been told to charge the same rate as a face to face consult. The amount of consultation fees and our bank account details will be sent to you by text or email for you to transfer payment online.
If you need a face-to-face appointments, our nurses will triage, you would need to call us first as walk-ins will not be accepted. Please note that if you have any flu like symptoms or have travelled from overseas in the last 4 weeks or in contact with anyone returning from overseas in the last 4 weeks, you will not be allowed into the practice, but will be asked to return to your car and ring the reception. You will also be asked to wait in your car for a doctor or nurse to come and see you. If you are bringing a support person, please ensure this person has not travelled from overseas in the last 4 weeks as well as in contact with anyone returning from overseas in the last 4 weeks.
