We have switched to a new system called myIndici. This is a system with rich features which allows you to continue accessing your medical records online in a secure, safe environment. Plus, you’ll be able to continue to book appointments, access your test results, and request repeat prescriptions. It is important that you find your National Health Index (NHI) number as you will need to know what this is to log in to myIndici. If you do not know your NHI number it can be found on any documentation you have from the Hospital or you can contact our staff.
As we get used to the system, there might be a few minor problems . At times things might not work perfectly – please let us know if you have any issues or queries. Please note that you can only access the myIndici portal within NZ or Australia due to NZ Health Information security laws.
