The patient portal appointment bookings are currently only for phone or video consults. Please call 03 3585535 instead of booking through the patient portal if you need to come in person.All in person appointments are to be triaged. Where possible, we would encourage phone or video consultations. As we can only have a limited number of patients waiting inside, we are asking patients to wait in the car before the face to face appointments and after vaccinations. It is required for all patients coming into the practice to wear a mask, sign in with the Covid Tracer App and use the hand sanitiser.
Please do not come into the practice if you feel unwell with any Covid symptoms.The appointment would be arranged for you to be seen in your car.

Under Omicron Plan Phase 3, those who have Covid symptoms OR are a household close contacts of a positive case, can get tested at one of the following community testing centres:
– 174 Orchard Road, (Off Harewood Road). (9am – 4pm)
– 250 Pages Road, Wainoni (9am – 3.30pm)
– 35 Mustang Avenue, Wigram (10am to 3pm)
