With effect from 14 May 2023, our patient portal provider is switched from ConnectMed to ManageMyHealth. This is because Connectmed is going to stop providing the service.
If you are currently on the patient portal you may have received an invitation email from ManageMyHealth to sign up to their portal and create an account. Please follow the prompt of the invite to be able to activate the new portal.
Connectmed will be turned off and their service will no longer be available so please sign up to ManageMyHealth to activate the new portal for you to book appointment, request repeat prescriptions online and access your health information.
